This site exists for one thing: helping you book the right oud or qanun player for an event in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Who we are
OudPlayersDubai.com is a booking service for live Arabic musicians, based in Dubai. We book solo oud players, oud players who sing, female oud players, qanun players, oud and qanun duos, and takht ensembles of 4 to 5 musicians. They play at weddings, majlis evenings, gala dinners, hotel lobbies, cultural and embassy events, and Ramadan nights, in hotels, villas, ballrooms and tents.
Why a site just for oud and qanun players
Booking a traditional musician raises specific questions: how many sets to book, whether one oud carries in your room, oud or qanun or both, which songs to send, what the musicians wear and whether you need a permit. This site answers those in one place, with prices and videos, so you can plan before you speak to anyone.
How a booking works
- You send the date, the venue, the guest count and the moments you want music.
- The team checks which musicians are free and sends videos and a price, usually within a working day.
- You confirm, send your songs and agree the dress code.
- On the day, the musicians arrive, set up and play at the agreed times.
